Our role is to enable discovery, improve efficiency, and facilitate communication, thereby creating a more structured and transparent experience for both tenants and property owners.

3 Independent Decision-Making by Users

The platform empowers both tenants and landlords to make informed decisions; however, the final choice always rests with the users.

• Tenants evaluate listings, compare options, and choose accommodations based on their personal requirements, preferences, and judgment
• Landlords decide how they present their properties, including pricing, amenities, and engagement with prospective tenants

All users are expected to act responsibly and are fully accountable for:

• The decisions they make
• The agreements they enter into
• Their interactions and conduct on and beyond the platform

4 User Accounts and Responsibilities

To access certain features, users are required to create an account.

When registering:
